Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you like the items you selected. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer refund, exchange, and store credit for items in their original condition meaning unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! You will not be refunded for your exchange if the item has any wear or distress, pet hair, odors (good or bad), and stains from cosmetics, lotions, deodorants, etc.
To return your item, please ship it to the address below using Canada Post or another trackable shipping method. You must include your order number and full name in the package with the item you want to return. Before returning your item, please send an email to maslov.clothing@gmail.com with photos of the item and a brief explanation of why you would like to return it. We will confirm that it is okay to proceed with the return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless it’s a fault from our end, or that the item is defective or damaged.
Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. If you are eligible for a store credit or exchange, we will process your request as soon as possible.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items include : accessories, intimates, gift cards, and last chance sale items.
When passing an order, it means that you consent to pay the price that is display at the checkout page. We do not do price adjustments on previously bought merchandise and items bought during special promotions are available for store credit only. Maslov Clothing has the right to refuse any items if they do not meet the above criteria.
